- We do not accept refunds from customers that change their mind on their order.

- We will accept refunds if product is damaged or faulty within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs

PRICES - WITHIN AUSTRALIA (Kyzen does not ship international)

Prices are calculated based on where you
live. We used Sendle to determine these rates. Kyzen usually charges a $10 Flat Rate
Standard Shipping fee Australia wide. If we cannot ship to your address, you will
be contacted by email. Shipping can take up to 5-12 business days depending on where

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.

Please contact us if your package is taking too
long to arrive and we will work with you to try & resolve any situation.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll email you to let you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking
number. 

If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double-check
that you have supplied the correct contact information and check your 'Junk' mail folder before contacting us.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

- Please read these conditions before buying a product

- At Kyzen Clothing, we have a specific policy regarding
refunds and exchanges. Please take note of the following information:

Refunds:

- We do not issue refunds for change of mind orders.

- Refunds are only provided if the item is damaged or faulty.

- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as
- when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

- If you believe your item qualifies for a refund, please contact us at kyzenclothing3@gmail.com, including your full name and order number in your
initial email.

- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package for the return.

- Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Kyzen Clothing reserves the right to reject exchanges/returns that do not comply with our policy. Such exchanges/returns may be sent back to the original shipping
address at our discretion.

Size Exchanges:

- Due to the nature of our limited supply/no restock business model, we do
not accept size exchanges.

- Depending on the situation, we may be able to provide store credit. However, this is
something that needs to be discussed with Kyzen Clothing via email or Instagram.

Sizing Information:

- As we rarely restock, we do not offer refunds based on sizing errors.

- We aim to provide as much information as possible regarding the sizing and measurements of each of our products.

- Please carefully read the product description/specifications and size tables to avoid any sizing issues.

- Refunds will not be provided on the grounds of sizing discrepancies.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

- A refund may only be issued for a product with a manufacturing fault.

- If there is a fault with the
garment, you must notify Kyzen Clothing within 7 business days after the
delivery date, providing proof of damage/error.

- Returns must be made within 10 days after contacting Kyzen Clothing, and the items must be in brand new, original condition and unworn.

- Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 5-7 working days for your original payment method to be
reimbursed. Your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
